Hi, I am Celestine

My mission is to partner with parents to equip teens with practical life skills, emotional resilience, and proactive habits—so they step into adulthood confident, grounded, and ready for real life.

Celestine is a certified Youth Resilience and Wellbeing Coach and is also a certified Positive Intelligence® Coach who is passionate about helping young people build the confidence and self-awareness they need to thrive.

Her path into coaching began through her own season of challenge and growth. What she discovered was life-changing: when you learn how to understand your thoughts, strengthen your mindset, and reconnect to your inner resilience, everything shifts.

As a mother who has raised three children into adulthood, she has witnessed firsthand how dramatically the world has changed for teens. The pressure is greater. The noise is louder. The expectations are higher.

Celestine creates a space where teens feel seen, respected, and supported — not judged or fixed. Her approach blends mental fitness, identity development, and practical life skills so teens grow stronger from the inside out.
